Using Webmail

Log into your Webmail account using your username and password. Your username is the part of your email address before the "@" symbol.

Changing Passwords

You can change your email password in the Webmail interface. Click on "My Account" in the left links and select the password option.

Remember, we do not ever know your password. We can change it for you if you forget it or believe its been compromised. Enter a support ticket if you think your email password has been stolen.

Using Webmail

Email access from anywhere

Webmail enables you to read your new email (received after you last closed your email program on your computer). It does not show your current inbox or calendar or contacts (unless you upload your contacts).

Webmail does not include your mail folders. It is useful only for POP email users and does not work for Exchange or networked email recipients.

Antispam Protection

GreensboroNet requires all POP users to have antispam protection in place. Learn more about antispam benefits and costs here. Antispam protection is priced reasonably and is invoiced annually.
